In terms of the applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, please be informed that Mr. Raghunandan Kumar Sharma, a qualified Electrical Engineer with a rich and varied experience in the Power sector, has been appointed as the Manager and thereby a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, with effect from February 5, 2018.
Further, Mr. Rajiv Rattan, the Chairman of the Company and a Whole-time Director on its Board of Directors (Board), shall while continuing to spearhead the Company as its Chairman, now be a non-executive director on its Board.
