| Exchange Disseminated Time | Impex Ferro Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 24, 2009, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. The Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009 and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the Directors’ Report and Auditors’ Report thereon was considered and adopted.
2. Mr. Ajit Kumar Patni, who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself for re-appointment, was appointed as director of the company.
3. Mr. Chattar Singh Dugar, who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself for re-appointment was appointed as director of the company.
4. M/s. S. Jaykishan, Chartered Accountants was appointed as the Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting till the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting and the Board of Directors of the Company was authorized to fix as their remuneration. |
