In continuation to our earlier letter dated 22th December, 2017, we wish to inform you that in pursuance to the application made to the Central Government (Power delegated to the Regional Director), the Company has received the confirmation from the office of Hon'ble Regional Director, Northern Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, vide its Order No. D71550222/13(4)/RD(NR)/2018/14379 dated 5th February, 2018 for alteration to the situation clause of Memorandum of Association.
