1. to consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth quarter and financial year ended as on March 31, 2016;
2. to consider and approve Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the Fourth quarter and financial year ended as on March 31, 2016 and
2. to consider and approve fund raising programme of the Company.
Further, in terms of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain close from May 21, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
