| Exchange Disseminated Time | Savera Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 11, 2016, has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.20 (Rupees one and paise twenty only) per equity share for the financial year
2015-16 from the profit for the nine months period ended December 31, 2015 and from out of the surplus available in the Profit and Loss account, to the shareholders of the Company.
The Board Meeting commenced at 2.45 P.M. and ended at 5.15 P.M. on March 11, 2016
The Interim Dividend will be dispatched within the stipulated period to the shareholders of the Company. |
