1. Cost Audit Report of the Company for the financial year 2008-2009 i.e. for the 6 months period from October 01, 2008 to March 31, 2009.
2. Appointment of Mr. P R Dalal as Nominee Director of Export Import Bank of India in the place of Mr. Sudip Bhattacharyya.
3. Appointment of Mr. K R N Moorthy as Joint Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years w.e.f. September 29, 2009, subject to the approval of the shareholders through Postal Ballot.
4. Appointment of Dr. Rajaram Samant as an Additional Director and also Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of 3 years w.e.f. September 29, 2009, subject to the approval of the shareholders through Postal Ballot. |
