| Exchange Disseminated Time 23/10/2015 16:14:40 | Sandesh Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the Second Quarter & Half Year ended on September 30, 2015.
Further, in accordance with the provisions of the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading] Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from October 30, 2015 to November 08, 2015 (both days inclusive), i.e. seven days prior to the date of Board Meeting and two days after the date of Board Meeting (i.e. till the expiry of 48 hours from the date of declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results (Provisional] of the Company for the Second Quarter & Half Year ended on September 30, 2015). |
