1. To consider, approve and take on record the audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31,2016.
2. To consider the recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31. 2016.
It is also informed that in terms of prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 issued by Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from May 19, 2016 to June 01, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
