1. Draft Notice of Postal Ballot to be sent to the shareholders for passing of the following resolutions.
2. Sale of two wind mills (3.M.W) of the Company.
3. Appointment of scrutinizer for conducting of postal ballot in a fair and transparent, manner.
4. Approval of Calendar of Events for postal ballot.
5. Approval for sending notice of postal ballot to all eligible shareholders of the Company as on September 17, 2015. (Cut-off date as September 17, 2015).
