| Exchange Disseminated Time 28/10/2015 17:17:40 | Manaksia Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the following:
1. Un-audited Financial Statements of the Company (both Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2015.
2. To consider declaration of interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2015-16.
Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from October 28, 2015 and will open 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results to the Stock Exchanges on November 07, 2015. |
