On page nos. 03 and 04 of the Annual Report 2016-2017, the Profit (Before Finance Cost and Depreciation/Amortization) was inadvertently mentioned as Rs.29,694.49 Lakhs of the previous year 2015-2016. The same has to be read as Rs.26,694.49 Lakhs.
Further, it is pertinent to mention that the published financials in the Annual Report 2016-2017 are accurate and the above mentioned typographical error does not have any effect on the financials.
The revised Annual Report 2016-2017 is enclosed herewith for your information and records and the same is also posted on the Company's website i.e. www.fdcindia.com
Further, the above errata shall also be published in Newspapers for Shareholders' information and copy of the same shall be forwarded to the Stock Exchanges.
