1. To consider the Un-audited financial results for the quarter/nine months ended December 31, 2015.
2. Consider and approve Interim Dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2016 and fix record date for the purpose.
Further, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares will be closed for Directors, Designated employees of the Company from January 28, 2016 to February 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) for considering unaudited financial results for quarter /nine month ended December 31, 2015. |
