Further, Mr. V. K. Bansal, Chief Financial Officer will be acting as Compliance Officer to comply with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013, Rules framed thereunder, Listing Agreement entered into by the Company with the Stock Exchange(s) and all other applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations w.e.f. August 22, 2017.
