| Exchange Disseminated Time | Madhav Marbles & Granites Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 18, 2010, has decided to suspend the business operations of Marble Division at Udaipur (Raj) with immediate effect.
The total production at Marble Division for the period was 2.50 % (approx) of the total production of the Company for the year ended March 2010.
As a prelude to this eventuality the management had offered a scheme to all its non-management staff working in the said division. The scheme was fairly successful as almost all of the non — management staff have accepted the scheme and opted to leave the company under the scheme. |
