| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have passed the special resolution relating authorising the Board of Directors (which term shall be deemed to include a Committee of Directors constituted for this purpose) of the Company to transfer by way of sale of individual assets and liabilities of the Portfolio Management Services (PMS) / Wealth Management Services (WMS) division of the Company on a going concern basis, to its Wholly - owned Subsidiary viz. "Emkay Investment Managers Limited" to be incorporated under the provisions of the Act, with effect from such date, for such consideration and on such other terms and conditions as may be deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors in the best interest of the Company, subject to necessary provisions and approvals, with requisite majority. |
