1. As per the order passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat the Company has filled Form No:- 21 with the office of Registrar of Companies, Gujarat on January 16, 2009, By virtue of this order the effective date is January 16, 2009.
2. The Company continue its trading activity with all its present Board of Directors. |
