Further, in continuation to our disclosure on Closure of Trading Window dated September 29, 2017, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Bank's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, this is to inform that the Trading window will remain closed for the Designated Employees, Directors, Promoters of the Bank and its subsidiaries and for Connected Persons including their immediate relatives till October 28, 2017 and hence, they are not permitted to trade in the securities of YES Bank till October 28, 2017.
