| Exchange Disseminated Time | Genus Paper & Boards Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:-
1. The Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI’s Circular dated May 11,2015.
2. The Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders in securities of Genus Paper & Boards Limited in supersession to previous Insider Trading Code, in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI’s Circular dated May 11, 2015.
These codes shall be effective from May 15, 2015. |
