| Exchange Disseminated Time | GKB Ophthalmics Ltd has informed BSE that the Independent Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2016, has transacted the following:
1. Reviewed the performance of Non-Independent Directors and the Board as a whole.
2. Reviewed the performance of the Chairperson of the Company, taking into account the views of Non-Executive Directors.
3. Assessed the quality, quantity and timeliness of the flow of information between the Company's management and the Board and
4. Discussed and decided about the familiarization of Independent Directors' programmes and also views of the Independent Directors on the familiarization programmes.
The Independent Director's Meeting started at 12.15 P.M. on March 30, 2016 and ended at 1.00 P.M. on the same day. |
