| Exchange Disseminated Time 12/11/2016 08:31:39 | Patel Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 11, 2016, inter alia, has approved the following:
- The Board has subject to necessary approvals, approved the draft Scheme of Amalgamation of Patel Realty (India) Limited (the Transferor Company) with Patel Engineering Limited (the Transferee Company).
Further, the Scheme is subject to requisite statutory / regulatory approvals including directions and approval of the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay or the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and/ or such other appropriate authority, as may be applicable.
The Board Meeting was commenced at 3.30 pm and concluded at 10.10 pm.
