| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated January 10, 2014 regarding the resolution passed by the Board of Directors of the Company by way of circulation on January 09, 2014, to seek the consent of the Members of the Company through Postal Ballot under Section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Section 192A of the Companies Act 1956 to sell, lease or transfer by way of any other mode the office building situated at Mumbai.
In this regard, the Company has submitted to BSE a copy of the Calendar of Events for the Postal Ballot. |
