1.Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st March 2017 and the Balance Sheet as at 31st March 2017 as per regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
2.Authentication of Financial Statements for the year ended 31st March, 2017.
3.Auditor's Report received from the Statutory Auditors for the year ended 31st March, 2017.
4.Recommended dividend @ 10% i.e.'1.00' per equity share of `10/- each fully paid on32,52,400 equity shares of the Company. Further it is to inform you that, the Board of Directors has recommended dividend, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
