| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ravalgaon Sugar Farm Ltd has informed BSE that Board of Directors of the Company vide the circular resolution September 19, 2013 approved the extension of the Financial Year 2012-2013 ending on September 30, 2013 by a period of 6 months i.e. upto March 31, 2014 pursuant to section 210(4) of the Companies Act, 1956.
The Registrar of Companies (ROC), Mumbai, Maharashtra having granted requisite approvals vide their letter dated October 01, 2013, the Company will now have extended accounting year from October 01, 2012 to March 31, 2014.
Thereafter, the accounting year of the Company will be from April to March. |
