Ford Rhodes Parks & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No.: 102860W), to hold office from the conclusion of 56th Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 61st Annual General Meeting of the Company, subject to ratification by the Members at every Annual General Meeting till the 60th Annual General Meeting.
