"The Company has redeemed 1,04,250 10% Cumulative Redeemable Non-Convertible Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- each issued by the Company under the Corporate Debt Restructuring Scheme as per the Following details which were due for maturity on March 31, 2011 and the payment due on redemption has been made to the holders of the Preference Shares:
1. Type of Preference Shares: Series VI 10% Cumulative Redeemable Non-Convertible Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- each
- Name of Allottee: Industrial Development Bank of India
- No. of Preference Shares: 57,500
2. Type of Preference Shares: Series VII 10% Cumulative Redeemable Non-Convertible Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- each
- Name of Allottee: Export Import Bank of India
- No. of Preference Shares: 21,750
3. Type of Preference Shares: Series VII 10% Cumulative Redeemable Non-Convertible Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- each
- Name of Allottee: Federal Bank Ltd
- No. of Preference Shares: 25,000
