| Exchange Disseminated Time | Indian Terrain Fashions Ltd has informed BSE that the Company's Code of conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from the close of the trading hours on May 02, 2016 till 48 Hours after the declaration of results for the year ended March 31, 2016.
Accordingly, all the designated employee (including Directors) intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
