| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sicagen India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 06, 2011, inter alia, has:-
1. Co-opted Mr. R. Sivagurunathan as additional Director of the Company and also inducted him as Whole Time Director of the Company with the designation as CEO with immediate effect.
2. Accepted the resignation of Mr. K. K. Rajagopalan from the Directorship of the Company with immediate effect.
3. Taken on record the cessation of Mr. S. Arumugam from the position, of Managing Directorship of the Company and he is relieved from the services of the Company at the closure of office hours on October 06, 2011. |
