| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 27, 2010 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting, Apcotex Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that there was a typographical error to Pre-Close the scheme of Buyback of Equity Shares with immediate effect instead of May 07, 2010. Hence the Revised Outcome of Board Meeting should be read as follows:
- Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 27, 2010 have decided to Pre-Close the scheme of Buyback of Equity Shares with effect from May 07, 2010, since the company had already bought back minimum number of equity shares as required under the scheme i.e. 2,50,000 shares. |
