Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons and others as mentioned in the said Code from November 10, 2016 to November 20, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
