| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Visesh Infotecnics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 27, 2010, inter alia, has decided to merger and consolidate the businesses of two Companies M/s. eRoads Technology Ltd. and M/s. Axis Convergence Pvt. Ltd. into the Company through a scheme of amalgamation under sections 391 - 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 and subject to the sanction of Hon'ble High Courts of appropriate Jurisdiction and other requisite approvals which may be required from time to time in this regard. |
