| Exchange Disseminated Time | Money Matters Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Warrant Conversion Committee of the Company has approved allotment of 8401 (Eight thousand four hundred and one) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 67.54/- to the applicants who had applied for conversion of their warrants under the 3rd warrant conversion period. Allotment was approved by passing resolution through circulation on March 30, 2012.
The 3rd Warrant Conversion Period has commenced on December 27, 2011, and has expired on March 26, 2012. |
