| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sentinel Tea and Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 26, 2011 inter alia, have transacted the following:
1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet as at 31 March, 2011, the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date.
2. Appointment of Mr. Umang Kanoria and Mr. P. K. Chowdhary as a Director of the Company, liable to retirement by rotation.
3. appointment of Messrs. G. Joseph & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Cochin be and is hereby appointed as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting to the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting on remuneration, terms & conditions.
4. Appointment of Mr. Sunil Bhandari, as a Director of the Company liable retire by rotation. |
