| Exchange Disseminated Time | Taj Gvk Hotels & Resorts Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 11, 2015 inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the fourth Quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed under the Securities Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from May 10, 2015 to May 12, 2015 (both days inclusive) inter alia for the purpose of announcement of the Audited Financial results of the Company. The trading window shall open from May 14, 2015. |
