| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Exchange had sought clarification from Reliance Communications Ltd with respect to news appearing in Business Standard on February 6, 2015 titled "Rcom, Avaya ink Rs 500Cr deal."
Reliance Communications Ltd replied stating "As part of regular and ongoing business activities and in order to render specialised and customised services efficiently to our customers, the Company has entered contract with Avaya India Private Limited to upgrade and enhance the customer operations backhand technology. The contract was entered in the normal course of business hence same is non-reportable." |
