1. The Board has approved and adopted the policies given under Regulation 30 of SEBI, Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015 & the same will be uploaded in the Company website.
2. The Board has approved the Draft of Fresh Listing Agreement to be entered with Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and National Stock Exchange Limited (under Regulation 109 of the SEBI Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements Regulations 2015) and authorised Mr. S.V.Narasimha Rao, Executive Director of the Company to execute the same. |
