| Exchange Disseminated Time | Skipper Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on February 12, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window shall be closed on and from February 03, 2015 and shall reopen on February 14, 2015 i.e. after expiry of 24 hours from the announcement of the Unaudited Financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014. |
