| Exchange Disseminated Time | Peacock Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon’ble Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) has sanctioned a scheme for revival of the Company. The scheme inter alia includes further issue of share capital by way of preferential allotment of 23250000 number of equity shares of Rs. 4/- each at par to the Dawood Investments Private Limited-Promoter of the Company.
To give effect the above provision of the scheme, the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on July 20, 2013 has made preferential allotment of 23250000 number of equity shares of Rs. 4/- each at par to the Dawood Investments Private Limited-Promoter of the Company. |
