Further, the Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, pursuant to the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 for all the Officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from July 29, 2016 to August 16, 2016.
