We refer to our letter dated November 14, 2017, informing the Stock Exchange(s) regarding the Outcome of the Board Meeting held on same date, wherein the Board had considered and approved issue of upto 2,00,00,000 (Two Crore) share warrants convertible into equity shares to Mr. Sarang Wadhawan, Promoter of the Company on preferential basis subject to the approval of Shareholders.
