In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that there was a fire incident in our Corporate Office at Akash Tower, 3rd Floor, 781 Anandapur, E. M. Bypass, Kolkata - 700 107 yesterday night at around 10.45 PM.
It is to be noted that there is no injury to human life. However, the process of ascertaining the actual loss caused by the fire incident would be started by us once we are allowed access to the office premises.
