has now informed BSE that the said date i.e. September 01, 2015 was inadvertently mentioned in the aforesaid letter. The correct date of appointment of Mr. Hoshiediar Rastom Ghaswalla as Whole-time Director is October 01, 2015. Further, the said appointment to be effective from October 01, 2015 is subject to approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 30, 2015. |
