| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to Order dated December 21, 2006 passed by the Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court sanctioning the Scheme of Demerger and arrangement between the Company, Nahar Exports Ltd and Nahar Spinning Mills Ltd, Nahar Capital & Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the said Order gave Nahar Capital and Financial Services Ltd six months time for obtaining registration from the Reserve Bank of India as Non Banking Finance Company and certificate of commencement of business. The said period was extended upto July 15, 2008 vide Order dated January 10, 2008.
Further the Company has informed that the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana vide its Order dated March 13, 2008 has confirmed the Order dated December 21, 2006 in respect of Nahar Spinning Mills Ltd (Petitioner no.1) and Nahar Capital and Financial Services Ltd (Petitioner No.3). |
