| Exchange Disseminated Time 12/08/2015 19:13:06 | Balmer Lawrie & Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 05, 2015 to September 22, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 98th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 22, 2015.
Upon declaration by the members, dividend shall be paid to the shareholders of the Company (those who are holding shares of the Company as on September 04, 2015 EOD) within the statutory time line of 30 days from the date of such declaration.
The remote e-voting period for the AGM shall commence on September 16, 2015 and ends on September 21, 2015 (5 p.m.). During this period, Members of the Company holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date ("Cut-off Date") of September 15, 2015, may cast their vote electronically.
Shri Mohan Ram Goenka, a Company Secretary in whole-time practice, will act as a scrutinizer to the voting process to ensure the same is conducted in a fair and transparent manner. |
