| Exchange Disseminated Time | Indian Acrylics Ltd has informed BSE that the next Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2015, inter alia, to take on record Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.
Further, as per the Company's code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading ("the Code") adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from February 06, 2015 to February 15, 2015 (both day inclusive) for the Promoters / Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company for the aforesaid purpose of consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company.
