The Offer:

The Acquirers is making an Open Offer to the shareholders of Shree Rama Multi-Tech Ltd ("Target Company") to acquire 117,82,490 fully paid equity shares of the Target Company of the face value of Rs 5 each, representing 20% of the issued, subscribed, and paid-up; and voting capital as on July 22, 2005 in terms of Regulation 21(1) of the Regulations at a price of Rs 18.60 per equity share ("Offer Price"), paid in cash, in terms of Regulation 20 of the Regulations.
