| Exchange Disseminated Time | I-Power Solutions India Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 22, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. The audited Balance Sheet of the Company as on March 31, 2010 the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2010 with Reports of the Directors’ and the Auditors thereon were approved adopted.
2. Mr. K. Bhaskaran was appointed as a Independent Director of the Company.
3. Mr. W. S. Madhavann, Chartered Accountant, Chennai has been appointed as Statutory Auditor
of the Company.
4. Mr. R. Jayaprakash was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company. |
