| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sunteck Realty Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2013, inter alia, transacted the following :
1. Approved Scheme of Arrangement for merger of Sanchit Derivatives Private Limited ("SDPL") with the Company. SDPL owns 88,63,845 (14.08%) stake in the Company which would be cancelled as a result of merger and the same number of shares in the Company shall be issued to the shareholders of SDPL. There would not be any change in the share capital of the Company.
2. Approved the Overseas Investment by the Company. |
