| Exchange Disseminated Time | Visa Steel Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.
Further, pursuant to "VISA Steel Limited - Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Employees covered under the Code from the close of business hours of August 06, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the Stock Exchanges. |
