We are enclosing herewith the Statement of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 31st March, 2017 and Audited Standalone for the year ended 31st March, 2017 along with the Statement of Assets & Liabilities, Declaration under SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated 27th May, 2016, Form A and Independent Auditor Report on the same.
The said results will be published in one English Daily and a Hindi newspaper within 48 hours of the conclusion of this Board Meeting in accordance with the provisions contained in the SEBI(LODR) Regulation 2015.
