Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Ltd has now clarified that the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on July 20, 2012 is for the purpose of considering and approving the Notice to the Shareholders, Directors Report to Shareholders, Management Discussion & Analysis and Report on Corporate Governance for the financial year ended on March 31, 2012 to be incorporated in the Audited Accounts of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2012,already submitted to the Stock Exchanges. Further, the Company also confirmed that there is no change in the proposed dividend of Rs.2/- per equity share indicated therein. |
